We welcome you to the Ecological Business Development project, a major land-based venture opportunity for immediate involvement in the economy and environment of China, with the promise of supplying positive environmental improvements and sustainable development north of Beijing.

With the understanding that we share one planet -- economically and environmentally -- this website is created to invite environmental cooperation, responsible venture investment in China's changing landscape, and participation in a remarkable and model for sustainable development that cooperates with nature.

Professor Lo Sui Kei - a senior member of the Chinese Forestry Association, Founder of BDFFD, and Chairman of his own successful Hong Kong enterprise TSMT -- began implementing the project base in Inner Mongolia in response to a national emergency that troubles and affects all of Asia: rapid desertification and massive sandstorms spreading at a high rate. In the past seven years developing the base for this project’s success, the group have united China’s leading Forestry associations, expert senior government leaders, regional and county executives and have independently planted 275,000 trees with an astonishing success and survival rate of approximately 95%.

Ecological Business Development is committed to improving the quality of life and nature through business investments that offer significant environmental and international impact.

The Chinese-based project leaders are a group with outstanding credibility, senior-level forestry expertise, and demonstrated long-term business relationships with international business partners.

With the effort of 6 years work, 90% of land in Duolun County in the Province of Inner Mongolia has been re-covered by vegetation and the reclamation project has achieved substantial ecological and social benefits:
  • Permit for using state-owned land in 2003 for 70 years
  • BDFFD currently have 5000 mu successfully restored and covered with trees.
  • Our planting methods have been proven to be efficient and effective over the last 6 years.
  • Number of trees planted by BDFFD: 275,000
  • We are pleased to report an average 95% survival rate of our trees.
  • Permit for forestry ownership in 2006
  • With the improvement of the ecosystem in this area, there is a tourism boom surrounding Beijing and Tianjin Area

We look forward to continuing with this success.
